Gear ratio = feed motor revolutions per 1 full carriage lap around the pipe. Must be measured from actual equipment.
Gear Ratio Calibration
To calibrate the gear ratio for accurate position tracking:
1. Mark the carriage starting position on the pipe ring
2. Press Start Counting below
3. Go to the Manual tab and jog the feed motor until the carriage completes exactly one full lap (360°) back to your mark
4. Return here and press Stop & Save — the pulse count becomes your gear ratio
